Our delivery charges are in line with The Royal mail Tariffs. We have not added any further charges. The postal side of our operation is strictly non profit. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the local regulations concerning imports of such products if such tariffs apply. In instances where we have not charged the customer in relation to postage, as is currently the case for deliveries to the UK mainland, we do not undertake any liability issues pertaining to carriage of our goods. It is merely that we are paying for carriage of goods on our customers behalf. Any damage to our goods whilst they are in the care of Royal Mail and their infrastructure is their responsibility and should be taken up with them as if the customer had paid the postage themselves. We do not send delivery notes as quite often the purchaser will wish the greeting card to go direct to the recipient and so the payment information is not sent. We are constantly working with the manufacturers to cut costs whilst maintaining high quality. As we grow we are able to buy in greater volumes, which also helps us to drive down the costs. All these savings we pass on to you - our valued customers. There are discounts for repeat customers. Make a note of your customer login and password and keep them somewhere safe.
