In line with current consumer protection legislation you may cancel an order within seven days.
If your order has been dispatched you will need to send the item back to us un-opened.
Once the item has been returned to us, we will refund you the amount that you paid for the order minus our costs to ship it out to you. Please note that before dispatch all voice cards are tested to ensure that they perform well under normal working conditions. Faulty Items
